Having been to Cyprus a few times Ive eaten several of the dishes on here and many more. You have some of the great dishes but are missing things like Stifado, Tavas, Kleftiko and you cant go wrong with the liver. I know these recipes are not the quick and easy ones but these are the ones I yearn to go back for. I also recreated several recipes after returning from my holidays and now 3+years since my first visit Im still doing it - Cypriot food has to be rated as some of the best in the World. I would love to see more pictures with the food, but what a great site

Hello from warm Limassol!
Just a quick note to say how fantastic this site is. Being Cypriot i usually leave the cyprus cooking to my mum or my big sisters ! But I have no excuses now. These are very easy to make recipes and look delicious!
