Horiatiki Salada - Village salad |

- 4 ripe tomatoes , cut in large chunks
- 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped in chunks
- 1 coss lettuce, roughly cut
- 1 onion, thinly sliced in rings
- 1 green pepper, cut in cubes
- 2-3 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 4-6 tablespoons olive oil
- 100g black olives
- 2 tablespoons capers
- salt to taste
- 150g Fetta cheese, cut in cubes
- 1/2tsp oregano
Wash all the vegetables well.
Add all the ingredients except the Fetta cheese and the oregano into a large bowl and mix them well.
Just before serving transfer to a salad bowl and add the fetta cubes and sprinkle with
oregano.
